    Capital of ¥30 million
    Head Office established in Toshiba-cho (within Toshiba Fuchu factory).
October 1989
  • Capital increased to ¥100 million.
April 1991
  • Head Office relocated to Harumi-cho, Fuchu-shi (in Toshiba Kita-fuchu Building).
October 1991
  • Osaka Office opened.
April 1994
  • Management of the field business transferred from Toshiba.

  • Nagoya Office opened.
June 1997
  • Management of the LED display business transferred from Toshiba.

  • Management of the passenger information systems and railway training systems business transferred from Toshiba.

  • Ownership of the railway air-conditioning systems business transferred from Toshiba.
